Dr. Shah attended undergraduate school at Syracuse University in New York. She went on to graduate with a DPM from The Temple University School of Podiatric Medicine. Her post graduate training was completed in a dual residency program at Cabrini Medical Center in NYC. While at Cabrini, she received extensive training in both podiatric medicine and surgery. During her final year at Cabrini, Dr. Shah held the position of chief surgical resident.
Dr. Shah is extensively trained in all aspects of foot surgery and wound care.
She is currently on staff at Beth Israel Medical Center and Gramercy Surgery Center.
Dr. Shah is a member of several societies and organizations inclusive of the American College of Foot and Ankle Surgeons, The American Podiatric Medical Association, and The New York State Podiatric Medical Association.
Dr. Shah maintains ongoing training/education to remain abreast of the newest innovations in technology and latest trends in podiatric medicine and surgery. She has been serving patients from the NYC metropolitan area for over 10 years.
Dr. Shah also gives back to the community by participating in several health clinics sponsored by GAOCT (The Gujarati Association of Connecticut). She is married and a proud mom of two beautiful boys. On her free time, she enjoys Zumba, playing basketball, and most of all, spending time with her family and friends.
